Located in the Newport Bluffs neighborhood of Newport Beach, the new owners of this home were interested in doing some upgrading and expanding.
As the family lifestyle focused on the outdoors and entertaining, the new addition of a family room that opened to the backyard, a bathroom, and covered outdoor pavilion to include a full bar, flat screen television, fireplace, barbeque, and pizza oven, more than met their needs. The existing kitchen was completely remodeled to tie in with the new addition and the entire house underwent a makeover to bring it in keeping with their modern tastes.
