Designed to maximize ocean views by taking advantage of the existing topography while complying with the extensive requirements of the local jurisdiction and community, each of these two buildings was sited to create privacy for the homes while maintaining overviews for the adjacent Montage Resort and neighboring properties.
The new construction consisted of 14 upscale, single level, 2,500 sq. ft. units, providing an open great room plan for a relaxed lifestyle. The finishes and details of the interior reflect the coastal setting and the architecture is inspired by local landmarks. Work performed while employed at McLarand, Vasquez, Emsiek & Partners.
