This Belmont Shore home in Long Beach received a full second story addition and a curb-side make over to enhance its look and to feature more traditional Spanish style elements.

With a 250 sq. ft. addition to the lower level and a new 1,400 sq. ft. second level addition, the existing 1,200 sq. ft. house grew to 2,850 sq. ft.  The kitchen was enlarged and completely remodeled and the existing master bed and bath area was converted to a family room and opened up to the kitchen.  The new upper level added four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master bedroom and bathroom suite complete with a balcony looking over the re-landscaped rear yard.
